When I was eligible for Medicare years ago. My head was spinning. I contacted Laurie and she took her time until I understood the choices that were available to me. Since then, she contacts me every year to see if I am satisfied with the current plan. We did make some changes at one point and again her knowledge and professionalism make it easy.
